Review and Save the OOS Registration Form
- The OOS Registration Form will appear on your screen.
- Review the form and save it to your personal document folder.
- Enter your registration information into this form.
- Send the completed form to the Registrar.
Download the OOS Registration Files
- This will download the OOS Registration Form as a self-extracting ZIP file.
- Includes: OOS Registration form, the food, medical/fitness & consent forms, the quick registration spreadsheet and the instructions.
- Save the file to your personal document folder.
- Open the file and click on "Unzip" in the dialogue box and save it in your personal document folder.
- Enter your registration information.
- Send the completed form to the Registrar.
Download the OOS Quick Registration Form
- This may be used by OOS who are members of Scouts Canada.
- You must have (or have access to) Microsoft Excel in order to use this form.
- Save the file to your personal document folder.
- Open the file and review the instructions in the "Instructions" tab.
- Enter your information as required. Do not worry about completing the Food Form or the Medical/Fitness Form until after you have received your Registration Number. Send the Quick Registration spreadsheet to the Registar.
- Use the same Quick Registration spreadsheet to complete your Food Form and Medical/Fitness Form. Send the spreadsheet to the Registrar when this has been completed.
