FEES
Initial deposit must be received within two weeks of initial registration or application will be considered cancelled.

If a registration occurs after January 31st then the initial deposit and 2nd instalment must be submitted at the same time.  Likewise, if registration is after March 31st then full payment is due with the registration.

Enclose a copy of your confirmation form with each instalment.

Personal cheques will be accepted

Cheques are to made payable to "Scouts Canada - PJ'11", and mailed to:

  • If notice is given to the organizers prior to January 31st, 2011, a full refund of monies paid will be provided.
  • If notice is given prior to April 30th, 2011, refund will be 75% of monies paid.
  • Prior to May 31st, 2011, refund will be 50% of monies paid.
  • After May 31st, no refund will be provided.
  • The Refund Policy applies all OOS registrations.
