Program --- Cubs
STuesday, July 12 and Wednesday, July 13
Maximum of 100 each day (Cubs & leaders)

Leaders are responsible for all transportation of Cubs,
including moving the Cubs between the ferry & Byng.

9:00 am Cubs arrive at Horseshoe Bay.
9:40 am Ferry departs for Langdale.
10:45 am

Everyone will congregate in West Field, and be split into 2 groups, which will cover these activities over the day:
* Sub-Camps Tour
* Tour of East Field and other jamboree program sites
(see events for all PJ participants on East Field).
* Low Ropes Course (LRC).
* Head down BP Trail to beach for woodburning and kites.
(the order of these activities is subject to change.)

12:00 Noon Lunch on West Field or Lower Field
12:30 pm The 2 groups above change places (reverse morning program)
2:00 pm Program ends. Leaders & parents return Cubs back to Langdale.
2:15 pm All must be off site
3:25 pm Ferry leaves for Horseshoe Bay

Fees: $25 per person (Cubs, leaders & parents)
to cover badge, newspaper, craft, snack (cookies, apples, oranges).
Bring:

Cubs and leaders are to bring lunches, water bottles, hats, sunscreen, and other clothing as appropriate to the day's weather.

Wear: Uniform or Scout activity wear, good shoes (no sandals or flipflops).
Drop Off: Parents and / or leaders drop off Cubs at Horseshoe Bay and pick up at end of day.
Supervision: OOS to ride over and back as well as one of the Cub leaders to coordinate. At least one leader must remain with the Cubs dropped off at Byng. accompanying parents must be under supervision of a leader. OOS is a volunteer (Offer Of Service).
Transport: Leaders may wish to park vehicles in the PJ lot (offsite on the highway) and use the shuttle to Byng.
Siblings No siblings or pets please. This is not a family event.
