CUB LEADERS
- Click on the Ring to download the registration form for the Cub Day Visit to PJ2011.
- Save to your personal document folder.
- Requires MS Excel
- Read the instructions tab first
- Send the completed form to the jamboree registrar at registrar_pj2011@scouts.ca
- Payment is due within two weeks after submission of the registration form
- No registrations will be accepted after May 31st, 2011, or if the registration limit has been reached.
- No cub groups or other outsiders will be permitted onto the jamboree site unless they have been fully registered.
